Rebecca "Rebbie" Yarbrough joined the Public Administrator's Office in March 2019 as a Deputy. She had previously worked in the Clerk's Office since 2013.
Rebbie was born in St. Joseph and graduated from Central High School. She graduated from Missouri Western State University with a B.S. in Criminal Justice with a minor in Psychology. Rebbie worked in the banking and insurance industries prior to her employment with Buchanan County.
Rebbie is married to Ryan and is a stepmother to Rhys. She is also a proud dog mom to Josie and Fancy.
